Seeing the product before committing to a full container is standard practice in furniture sourcing. Our sample process is designed to give you confidence in materials, finish, and construction — with costs that return to you when the bulk order follows.
Sample Types
Pre-Production Samples
For OEM projects, we produce one unit to your confirmed shop drawings and material specifications. Sample cost is billed at our production cost — typically a few hundred US dollars per item depending on complexity — and is fully refunded or credited against the corresponding bulk order.
ODM Catalog Samples
For buyers selecting from our 2,000+ catalog designs, we can ship a representative sample from existing inventory or produce a fresh unit in your chosen finish. Lead time is shorter because tooling already exists.
Mock-Up Room Sets
Hotel and resort projects often require a complete mock-up guest room before mass production. We quote these per project, including furniture, loose items, and installation supervision at your site or ours. Mock-up costs are credited proportionally against the main contract.
Sample Shipping
Samples ship by air freight (DHL / FedEx) for speed, or by sea LCL for economy. The buyer arranges and pays for freight; we handle export packing and documentation. All samples are export-crated to prevent damage.

Specification Confirmation
1–3 daysYou confirm dimensions, materials, finishes, and any COM/COL requirements. We issue a sample specification sheet for sign-off.
Sample Production
7–15 daysOur sample workshop builds the unit. Complex upholstery or custom veneer matching may take the longer end of the range.
In-House QC & Photos
1 dayWe inspect the sample against the spec sheet, photograph it from multiple angles, and send you the report before shipping.
Shipping to You
3–10 daysAir freight to most major cities; sea LCL takes 15–35 days depending on destination port.
Your Evaluation
As neededYou test the sample for comfort, finish match, and construction quality. Revisions are quoted separately if the spec changes after sign-off.

Sample Cost Deduction
When you place the corresponding bulk order, the full sample cost is deducted from the Proforma Invoice total. If you choose not to proceed, the sample remains your property — you keep it for reference, display, or testing. We do not charge restocking or return fees.
Common Questions
Can I get a free sample?
We do not provide free samples for first-time buyers. Sample costs are production-cost only — we do not add margin — and they are fully refunded when the bulk order is placed. For established distributors with annual volume agreements, sample policies are negotiated separately.
What if the sample does not match my expectation?
We revise. If the deviation is our error (wrong material, dimension, or finish), we remake at our cost. If the spec changed after your sign-off, the revision is quoted as a new sample. Clear photos and sign-off sheets protect both sides.
Can I visit the factory to approve the sample in person?
Yes — and we encourage it. Many buyers approve samples during their factory visit, which also lets them inspect production lines and material warehouses. If you cannot travel, we provide detailed photo and video reports.
How many samples can I order at once?
There is no hard limit, but we recommend 2–3 representative items per product line for initial evaluation. Ordering every SKU as a sample is unnecessary because our catalog items are produced to the same standard; the sample confirms your specific material and finish choices.
