Common Questions
Is there a minimum order for distributors?
The trial order starts from one 20'GP container, and mixed SKUs across categories are allowed. Regular annual volumes are agreed individually in the distribution agreement.
Do you offer exclusive territory?
Exclusive arrangements are possible for partners who commit to agreed annual volumes per market. We review each case individually and put the terms in writing.
How do samples work for partners?
Samples are billed at production cost and fully credited against your first bulk order. See the sample policy page for lead times and the cost table.
Can you produce under my own brand?
Yes — private label is standard. We apply your logo, labels and packaging design, and we do not disclose your brand or designs to other buyers.
How do you support project bids?
For kitchen, whole-house and government tenders we provide shop drawings, material specs, loading plans and itemized quotations that you can submit under your own company name.
