The Challenge

The developer needed durable, repeatable furniture packages at a fixed price for 120 units, delivered in step with floor-by-floor handover — with zero tolerance for wrong-unit deliveries that would stall fit-out crews.

Our Solution

We built a module library for the three unit types, locked the BOQ and pricing for the project duration, and produced in batches sequenced to the construction program. Every crate carried the apartment number and a packing list; DDP terms put customs and last-mile delivery on us.

The Outcome

All six batches landed on schedule with a 99.6% first-time-right rate. Fit-out crews averaged under two hours per unit, and the developer retained JIUSHU replacement-stock program for post-handover maintenance.
